I’m Saurav Suman, a Senior Product Manager – Technical at Amazon, where I build scalable logistics, forecasting, and AI/ML-powered delivery systems for the heavy-bulky and middle-mile networks.
My career began far from the world of tech. I grew up in a small town in India where discipline, resilience, and responsibility were learned early. I supported my family during challenging times, and those experiences shaped the way I lead today—with clarity, empathy, and long-term thinking.
I earned a competitive role at NALCO (among ~500,000 applicants) and later completed my MBA/MS at Boston University with an 80% scholarship. I worked at GE before joining Amazon through the Pathways Leadership Program.
Across Amazon, I’ve led initiatives spanning middle-mile fleet programs, delivery-associate forecasting systems, and nationwide operational training programs. Today, I focus on building intelligent systems that simplify complexity and improve customer experience at scale.
